The United Way for Greater Austin believes that anyone—regardless of income—can be a philanthropist and give of their money or time to our community. Employee campaigns are a simple way to make a difference while creating a more engaged and connected workforce.
Through employee campaigns, UWATX provides an opportunity for employees at more than 400 Austin-area businesses to donate a portion of every paycheck to make a positive impact. UWATX works with business partners to create a meaningful experience for employees and companies and a lasting change for our community.
In the 2011 campaign season, UWATX raised more than $16 million to invest in the Greater Austin area.
