Employee Campaign Leaders (ECLs) are the critical link between United Way for Greater Austin and the employees that help us make Austin greater. Through employee campaigns, UWATX provides an opportunity for employees at more than 400 Austin-area businesses to donate a portion of every paycheck to our community- one of the most powerful ways to give back in Central Texas.
