Host your meetings, seminars, retreats, and trainings at United Way for Greater Austin

Here at United Way for Greater Austin, health and well-being is a top priority. With day-by-day and sometimes hour-by-hour updates related to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting reservation requests for our Community Rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience.

About Our Community Rooms

Community Rooms at United Way for Greater Austin are available from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday – Friday. Meetings may take place outside this time frame, but require a United Way team member to be present (e.g. participating) for the entirety of the meeting. Any group using our Community Rooms is asked to make a monetary contribution or in-kind donation to United Way for Greater Austin.

Support Our Programs

We request that groups using our Community Rooms support our work fighting poverty in one of these ways.

Technology

Any projection must be from United Way’s computer equipment, so please bring a thumb drive with any necessary files that are not web-based.

Parking

While we do our best to accommodate visitors, we cannot guarantee parking in our parking lot. Street parking on surrounding streets (Poquito, Alamo and 20th) is free and has no time limit. We recommend that all meeting organizers encourage their attendees to use street parking, carpool, or use ride-share options like Lyft.
