Our Navigation Center, which includes 2-1-1, is a vital entry point for those struggling to navigate the complex system of health and human services in Central Texas. This 2-1-1 Data Dashboard illustrates the real demands for health and human services in our region.

Data Dashboard

This dashboard captures 2-1-1 requests for help – calls, texts, and chats – in the 10-county region including Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Hays, Fayette, Lee, Llano, Travis, and Williamson counties. You can explore the data through a variety of filters, including county, city, zip code, and area of need.

Notes about the data

Data begins in January 2019. However, the date filter starts at 2023, in order to display the most recent data. Adjust the date filter to change the time period displayed.

Due to a transition of data management systems, the 2-1-1 Data Dashboard does not include data past August 2023. The dashboard will be updated again in the near future. Please continue to check this page for updates.
