Rina earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business and Communication from Arizona State University. She is a graduate of the 2015 CBA Executive Banking School class, and the 2014 Leadership Austin class.
Rina currently sits on the board for Girl Scouts of Central Texas and is a part of their Juliette’s Circle. She is involved with the United Way Development Committee and is a part of their Women’s Leadership Council. She volunteers at Ann Richard’s School for Young Women Leaders, Habitat for Humanity, and many other local organizations. She has been asked to speak at local and national conferences for the National Diversity Council.
Rina was a finalist for Austin’s 2015 Profiles in Power award by Austin Business Journal. She was awarded in 2014, the Most Powerful & Influential Women in Texas by the National Diversity Council. She has received a number of Wells Fargo awards over her tenure with the bank.
