Join us and Live United

Tocqueville United Supper Club

May 29, 6-8 pm

Join us for our next Tocqueville United Supper Club, hosted by John Holmes and Laura Herdandez Holmes! At this event, you will gain a sneak peek into some of our most transformational work. Your voice will be an important part of the conversation.

After our last Tocqueville United Supper Club, one guest shared with us:

I learned so much more about the work of United Way directly from the experts running the programs. I had no idea just how far our support is going, and feel more proud than ever to support United Way.

Summer Day of Caring

June 7

Join us for this annual United Way tradition that brings together hundreds of neighbors like you in service of our community. Come together with your neighbors, family, friends, and colleagues to volunteer. Whether you’re helping build a community garden or supporting efforts at a local food bank, you will have a direct impact for people in Travis and Williamson counties.

Sign up for a volunteer opportunity close to you today!

Disaster Response Volunteer Training

July 16 or 25

Save the date for one of two upcoming Disaster Response Volunteer Trainings so you’re ready to support our 2-1-1 helpline in the event of a disaster during peak hurricane season: August through October. During these two sessions, you will be trained to answer calls, navigate local resources, and support Texas in the event of a disaster.

The session on July 16 will be in-person; the session on July 25 will be virtual. Contact Alexa at Alexa.Singer@uwatx.org for more information or to reserve your spot.

100 Years United Impact Summit

Building a brighter Central Texas, together

September 19

Save the date for our 100 Years United Impact Summit, where we will share and celebrate a bold vision where everyone in our community can thrive, and create a strong, more vibrant, and inclusive future for our Central Texas region.

Local and influential voices—including yours—will explore how to realize a future where every child is set up for success with high-quality early care and education in a community where everyone is connected to the essential resources they need, when they need them. It will be an engaging, dynamic day of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and more.
