Create a community where all people thrive.
We are proud to work in East Austin, a neighborhood known for its eclectic, historic and artistic scene. We are even prouder to have one of Austin’s most iconic murals on our building, created by Creative Suitcase as a love letter to the city, and neighborhood, we call home. The Butter Half Mural has been the background for engagements, bachelorette parties and even a wedding, but it is also the inspiration for the work we do every day.
Together at United Way
We can only create change when we work together. It takes an entire team united behind a shared vision. Together, we laugh a lot, work hard, and brainstorm nonstop — not to mention we eat a lot of breakfast tacos.

“My time at United Way has been and continues to be a wonderful learning experience.
