Cathy Harm

Cathy Harm is the Senior Vice President for H-E-B in Central Texas. In her role, she leads over 20,000 partners (employees) to deliver outstanding stores, products, services and community connections. Her responsibilities encompass store operations, merchandising, human resources, real estate, public relations, loss prevention/security and financial returns.

Being a recent Diversity Advocate award recipient, Cathy is known for her work involving young female leaders through the Coffee Talks program which is an inspiring and empowering forum that encourages and actively develops female leaders to important leadership roles. Her efforts, however, are not limited to this group as she is well known for talent development at all levels and with all groups.

Cathy has an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Texas Lutheran University. She has been married to her wife, Tracey Blackwell, for 30 years. They have two sons. Austin, who is a recent college graduate enjoying the start of his career in Alaska and Chase who is a sophomore at Baylor. Cathy has a passion for cycling and completed her first Century Ride this past October at the MS150 Ride to the River.
